What goes on at a salt bowl ceremony?

She will then connect with spirit and, if you wish, share messages with each guest, offering personalized insights.

The ceremony moves into its next phase with the introduction of a fresh bowl of salt—an element known for its powerful healing and protective properties. Salt is revered for its ability to purify, balance, and restore both body and spirit.

Each woman in the circle will have her own time with the Salt Bowl. You are encouraged to bring anything your soul feels called to add—whether it's essential oils, herbs, flowers, business cards, crystals, or even a piece of paper with something you wish to release or manifest. Speak your intentions, goals, or fears into the salt, knowing that your voice is heard and accepted here, in a safe and loving space.

With everyone’s combined energy, the salt becomes a powerful, aromatic, and healing mixture. It will be divided equally among all participants to take home, where it can be used in any way that feels right for you. Whether added to a bath, placed in a small bowl as a reminder of your intentions and release, or kept for protection, this salt holds the energy of your healing journey.
